Shipping Policy

Order processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday–Saturday; Sundays are a day off) after you receive your order confirmation email. Orders placed on a Sunday are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once processed, orders are delivered within 2–5 business days across the UAE, via our third-party courier partner.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees are calculated and shown at checkout based on your location. Orders over Dhs. 750 qualify for free UAE delivery.

Delays

Occasionally, courier delays or high-demand periods can affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience, and our team is always happy to help if your order seems delayed.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address and contact details at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery.
