This website (raqi.ae) is operated by LUXURY AD LLC, based in the United Arab Emirates.

 

Governing law

The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. These terms are governed by UAE law, and any disputes arising in connection with this website shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in the UAE.

 

Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED. Card details are processed securely and are never stored on our servers (see our Privacy Policy for details).

 

Age requirement

Users under the age of 18 may not register as a user of this website, and may not place orders or transact on the site.

 

Sanctioned countries

In accordance with UAE law, we do not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned individuals, entities, or countries.

 

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. Please retain a copy of your order confirmations for your records.

 

Product authenticity

Every fragrance sold on this site is 100% authentic, sourced from authorised agents in the UAE, and hand-decanted into 10ml and 30ml glass. We do not sell counterfeit, cloned, or "inspired by" fragrances.

 

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates take effect as soon as they are posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
